Shipping Policy

AMBVERT currently ships within the United Arab Emirates and to selected international markets.

UAE Delivery
Standard delivery is AED 25. Orders of AED 500 or more qualify for free delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

GCC & International Delivery
Shipping is available to selected GCC and international destinations. Delivery is included in the displayed item price, so no separate shipping fee is added at checkout for these destinations.

Delivery times for orders outside the UAE may vary depending on the destination, supplier, courier, customs processing, and product availability.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Some products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or fulfillment partners, which may result in items from the same order arriving separately.

Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. AMBVERT is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered to the selected destination, we will contact the customer using the details provided with the order.
